Jimi Hendrix festival Torino / Italy - 9 september 2012

This one day festival took place at the "La Sacra Birro" , basically a bikers music club in Torino with beautiful mountains in the background - the weather was fantastic.

The bands started around 16.00 and the music kept cooking until midnight. It was a day with only Jimi's compositions and his special musical language - a treat for the real fans.

There was not only music of Jimi but also beautiful artwork by Robert O'Burke and Luisa Pastore.

Of course there were many friends meeting again and enjoying each others performances.

The public could watch from very close or listen outside while enjoying a drink or a pasta.

It was a great event organized perfectly - a big "Thank you" to everyone involved - I hope we will meet again ...
