Breath of the Universe

through out the Universe one can feel

the wind of frequencies

waves moving through everything

we have to learn to listen to these movements

and ride on them

they are the music of God

her breath and sighs

this pure love travels back and force

within every atom

wash your body with it

and your mind as well

it heals you from images of that what has gone

that might still be with you

it frees you of the past

and puts you gently into the moment of existence

that is right now
